1. Brand Commitment

1.1 Vijay Dairy has been serving authentic dairy products, sweets, namkeens, farsan, and dry fruit delights since 1975, with a strong focus on quality, tradition, and customer trust.

1.2 All products are prepared in compliance with FSSAI guidelines and are meant for end-consumer use only, not for unauthorized resale.

2. Product Nature

2.1 Our offerings include milk-based sweets, traditional Gujarati mithai, snacks, bakery items, and dairy staples. These are perishable products, and hence must be consumed within the suggested shelf life mentioned on packaging.

2.2 Images used on the Website are for representation; actual presentation (size, garnish, or packaging) may slightly vary depending on production and seasonality.

3. Orders & Availability

3.1 All orders are subject to product availability. During festivals or high-demand periods, some items (like Kaju Katli, Laddoos, or seasonal hampers) may run out of stock quickly.

 3.2 We reserve the right to discontinue or replace products without prior notice, while ensuring authenticity of taste and tradition remains intact.

4. Freshness Guarantee

4.1 Vijay Dairy guarantees fresh preparation daily for sweets and namkeen.

4.2 Products like Milk Cake, Basundi, Penda, and Rasgulla are made in limited batches to preserve quality. Customers are encouraged to check storage instructions on packaging to enjoy the intended taste.

5. Customization & Festive Hampers

5.1 Special gift packs and corporate hampers can be customized. Once confirmed, such orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5.2 In case of large orders for weddings, festivals, or corporate gifting, advance booking is required to ensure timely delivery.

6. International & Export Orders

6.1 Vijay Dairy provides export-quality vacuum packaging for select sweets and namkeens.

6.2 International customers must ensure import compliance in their country. Vijay Dairy is not responsible for customs delays or duties.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

7.1 Due to the perishable nature of sweets and dairy products, refunds are generally not possible once the product has been delivered in good condition.

7.2 A refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

• Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or leaked.
  
• Product delivered is incorrect (different item than ordered).
  
• Quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic/video proof.
  7.3 If eligible, the customer can choose between:
  
• A replacement of the same product, subject to availability, or
  
• A refund processed to the original mode of payment within [7–10 working days].
  7.4 Refunds are not applicable in cases of:
  
• Wrong delivery address provided by the customer.
  
• Delayed consumption beyond recommended shelf life.
  
• Slight variations in taste, size, or packaging, as these do not qualify as defects.
  

8. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery details. Orders once dispatched cannot be rerouted.

8.2 For allergen-sensitive customers, products may contain or come into contact with milk, ghee, nuts, gluten, and edible oils.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 Vijay Dairy is not liable for taste variations caused by improper storage, delayed consumption, or third-party courier handling.

9.2 While we ensure hygienic preparation, customers with specific health conditions (like diabetes, lactose intolerance, or nut allergies) should exercise discretion before consumption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable Indian laws.
