Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and dispatched, the customer will receive an SMS with a tracking ID and other courier details.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been dispatched. Since our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns after shipping. We kindly request that customers double-check their order details and PIN code before placing the order.

In cases where the mistake is from our end, such as undeliverable PIN codes, dispatch errors, or the wrong product, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Customers can also choose to cancel their order before dispatch, but a ₹50 cancellation fee may apply. Please note that cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.

We may offer exclusive discounts on prepaid orders to reduce order cancellations and ensure smooth delivery (subject to internal approval). This helps us serve better and avoid last-minute changes, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.
